- A book of your own: write one anywhere with /book write. It costs 10 groschen for the parchment and the binding. A diary, a ledger, a book of hours, a scandalous romance: I do not ask.
- Copies: bring your book to my desk in Kuttenberg and /book copy it, 6 groschen a copy. Sell them, give them away, leave them in a tavern for strangers to find.
A scribe in the realm (the trade is open to anyone: /job) earns his bread copying at this same desk. Competition keeps an old man honest.
