Bards and music

With a lute or a flute (sold by the tavern keepers), /play lute or /play flute, optionally with a song's name, and play for coins. Every minute brings tips: more for every listener near you, and in a tavern or by the crier a few townsfolk gather to listen and cheer. Your bard skill grows as you play and raises the tips. Listeners can /tip <bard> <amount>. /play again to stop.
