Duels and trial by combat

Settle it like a gentleman: /duel <player> yield|blood|death, then they /duel accept before at least one witness. A duel is no crime, not even one to the death. A judge may order a trial by combat instead of a verdict (/trial <case>), and the accused who wins walks free.
